Please don't compare the DC vaccine with DCVax-L from NWBO. The dendritic cells trained by NWBO's know-how are completely different from those you mentioned about. They are not normal gladiators. They are Spartacus.
Instead of being indoctrinated by AF's nonsense, you definitely need to update yourself with all the papers and presents by Dr. Liau and Dr. Bosch. For immnotherapy to work, the essential part is to get T-cell infiltrate to solid tumors. But 80% of solid tumors (cold tumors) have T-cell depletion microenvironment in which all the checking point inhibitors just won't work. That's why BPs suffer one failure and another in immnotherapy recently. The magic part of DCVax-L is that it can get massive T-cell infiltration into GBM, probably the hardest one for T-cell infiltration. IMO, NWBO has conquered the Mount Everest in oncology. Too bad, you haven't realized this fact.
