What I do know is that pancreatic cancer is highly immunosuppressive. Intuitively I would think that the combination of DCVax-L + PD-1 inhibitor + CSF1R-i + Poly-ICLC would certainly work on pancreatic cancer. All the ingredients that trigger and maintain strong anti-tumor immune response are there. It is certainly worth a shot. But as you can see, the establishment chooses greed over human life.
