NWBO has no owenership interest in any of that other than collecting some rent (to partially offset the rent they apay on the building)..

That is incorrect. They own the equipment. They also have a contractual arrangement with Advent. You insinuate that NWBO is giving Advent this space with no strings attached, but that is far from what is happening here. It is also important to point out that the sub-lease expires in July of 22 and the head lease by NWBO runs to 2038. I appreciate your posts and contributions to this board, but I also think the information we post needs to be consistent with the facts outlined in the 10k and other company information.
