That is incorrect. They own the equipment

They own almost no equipment. A grand total of 1,799k. And much of that has been on the books for a while.

The value of the build out when into leassholder improvemnts, $13,910k. And guess what, by definition that is part of the leased property, and thus was just subleased to Advent.
