What kind of dumbass question is this? NWBO owned the facility.

How many times can you spread this noise?


How hard is it to understand that NWBO just subleased all the lab space to Advemt.

6,575 sq ft of finished and furnished space that includes the 2 competed clean room suits and some lab space.

7,884 sq ft that is not completed and includes the 2 other clean room suites, cold storage and plant equipoment.

NWBO has no owenership interest in any of that other than collecting some rent (to partially offset the rent they apay on the building)..

How hard is it to understand that NWBO no longer has the space?
