that is a good argument also considering the attacks there have been against NWBO it is probably also a fairly forward strategy ..
but that leaves an obvious question ... why did they change to this strategy after DL ... what did they see in Data that they did not expect? that's the big question ...
in all the statements that led up to the DL, the management clearly stated that they would release the TLD shortly after they themselves had received them.
so that this "delay" creates wonder and uncertainty in the market, which is reflected in the share price and skepticism among shareholders is quite fair
