I am not sure if Rao is doing the Audit on the Vietnam side. FWIW this is what has been said about Vinafilms in a few CC's.

I think more importantly people want to know what's going to happen with the company going forward. Some of you have sent in inquiries and questions about Vinafilms, about GILDEX, about the dividend, about the buyback, and all these important things. We have not been able to report consolidated numbers on Vinafilms yet, not even this upcoming quarter, I mean fiscal year 2020. We'll do it for fiscal year 2021 which is ending in June this year because there were some changes in the country in Vietnam. We need to not redo, but have to do two more fiscal years we started out doing the audits way back in fiscal 2018 and 2019 and now those numbers are obsolete.

Many of you are also interested in knowing where we are with Vinafilms. Our auditors started to work on the audit before the covid situation and then because of Covid it would stop. Right now our auditor is working on it for the 2021 numbers as well so the goal is we want to complete our audit on the U.S. side and then on the Vietnam side we will also complete the audit and this part of course it has to be done by a PCAOB register auditor so that we can combine the numbers for Consolidation so that's the plan that we have for Vinafilms. When that happens we'll be able to show the consolidated financial results for both Vinafilms and PHI Group.

To acquire Vietnam-based Vinafilms unfortunately you know we haven't been able to complete the audit for Vinafilms due to a number of reasons first the change of auditor and then when our new auditor came aboard you know he got hit with Covid he was contracted with Covid himself and was in India for quite some time and Vietnam has been going through a recent lockdown starting to open up right now so hopefully our auditor can come back and complete the audit for Vinafilms and consolidate their numbers with ours and of course things have changed quite a bit due to the Covid pandemic you know operationally and otherwise but you know we will try to complete that as soon as possible.
