Your overall sentiment I don't disagree with. The audit will be complete in due time. But two of your assumptions on the auditor are incorrect. Madhava Rao Mankal's main residence is in the United States and he has lived in Corona, CA for the last 15 years.

He's served as the CFO for multiple US companies, including the Myson Group at one time. Guy is capable, competent, and trusted, in my opinion why he was brought on by Henry to get the job done.

Finally, per our own US Embassy in Vietnam (see following link), he and Henry would be permitted to enter Vietnam.

Are U.S. citizens permitted to enter? [Yes]
The Vietnamese government continues to allow pre-approved foreigners and their families in exempted categories, including diplomats, officials, experts, business managers, foreign investors, high-tech workers, and other business travelers to enter Vietnam. Please note that these individuals will be subject to mandatory COVID-19 testing and quarantine upon arrival. See Section “Quarantine Information” below for further information. The Vietnamese government on October 7 announced their plans to reopen borders to foreign visitors from June 2022, with several provinces, including Phu Quoc and Khanh Hoa implementing pilot phases as early as November 2021.
