Here is some info on Vinafilms Henry gave in his last CC.
You know this is just historical numbers that we have to report to be in compliance you know they don't mean too much because it's already passed. We're more concerned right now is what are you looking forward to what is going to happen in the near future here. So, with the Q for march 2020 and then after that we have taken care of all the Q's for fiscal year ended June 2020 and we'll do the 10-K for 2020. Then the other two Q's and we will be caught up with the one for this last quarter and then we'll be all current.
I think more importantly people want to know what's going to happen with the company going forward. Some of you have sent in inquiries and questions about Vinafilms, about GILDEX, about the dividend, about the buyback, and all these important things. We have not been able to report consolidated numbers on Vinafilms yet, not even this upcoming quarter, I mean fiscal year 2020. We'll do it for fiscal year 2021 which is ending in June this year because there were some changes in the country in Vietnam. We need to not redo, but have to do two more fiscal years we started out doing the audits way back in fiscal 2018 and 2019 and now those numbers are obsolete.
You know we have to do one for 2020 and 2021 so we'll be booking those numbers together with PHI Group when all is completed. I have to be very very truthful and honest with you in that regard so you know what to be looking for going forward. We will be focused on the development of the Asian Diamond Exchange. I will be going back to Vietnam in a couple weeks to prepare for the licensing and the site setup and so forth. We will also have experts from Europe that have been ready and waiting to come back to Vietnam to assist in the project as well. So, it's very critical for us both the Asian Diamond Exchange and also Philux Global Funds.
For Philux funds we have received both commitments and indication of interest for quite a substantial amount and we expect to start closing the first round in June. We will be ready to go to work and we're getting things rolling with respect to the Asian Diamond Exchange and the Real Estate Development. Also starting to invest from our Philux Funds, we have other compartments as well like Renewable Energy and even Healthcare and Infrastructure, etc.
We will address each one of them in a proper sequence that makes more sense for everyone especially right now the focus is to get the construction the building for the Asian Diamond Exchange so we will begin to work with our Real Estate Compartment first and regarding GILDEX.
Some of you have sent me inquiries and some also sent questions to the chat room. At this moment now we've been working behind the scenes on GILDEX and there's been some very very robust development on the project but at this moment we are not quite ready to announce the site or any detail yet we want to make sure everything is very much done before we announce.
