I dont think their is a difference when it comes to OTC Markets. Before it

got to Judge Foelak DBMM was compliant in their filings and up to date for

almost 2 years. That was the issue at hand then. Hence Foelak's ID in favor

of DBMM. Fast forward 2 years later and DBMM is still consistently and

currently fiiling on time. Just because the SEC dont see it that way OTC

Markets does. When 9/28 comes around and all the shells and non filers get

kicked to the curb what are they going to do about DBMM whos a current

filer for the last 4 years. How can they be kicked to the curb...according

to OTC Markets they're current. Meanwhile I'm kung fu gripping my bag to see

if Gensler and his team can sniff this out or find them a whistleblower to

bring the darkness into light...whichever comes first. All I know is the

window of delay is closing and fast.
