There's a difference between 'filing' and 'compliance'. One can file jibberish and it still counts as a filing. But poor DBMM, since Linda thought this was the best way, must now be 100% compliant to whatever the SEC asks for.
Its no big deal really. All the SEC is asking for is the equivalent of what would have been filed properly had DBMM been a continuing filer for those 3 years. The data must be there!? I mean even a bad auditor should have done most of the work so all the company has to do is put the numbers into quarterlies.
Should be a piece of cake. Hell I could have wrote those up by now. Why is Linda holding up our money for such a pissy ass reason?
