It doesnt. Anyone can file anything there if they pay for the service. But if they want the CE gone they have to be compliant as well.

Before it got to Judge Foelak DBMM was compliant in their filings
No, they werent, for the same reason I just discussed.

Hence Foelak's ID in favor of DBMM.
No. That ruling was just bizarre and everyone knows why.

Fast forward 2 years later and DBMM is still consistently and currently fiiling on time
Their latest filings are fine but they still need to fix the old ones to the SECs satisfaction.

Just because the SEC dont see it that way OTC Markets does.
Hate to tell you this but OTC Markets has ZERO authority. They are just a service provider.

When 9/28 comes around and all the shells and non filers get kicked to the curb what are they going to do about DBMM whos a current filer for the last 4 years.

This is just total nonsense and an obvious delay hoping $DBMM would just go away. Sorry for the rhyme. LOL~!
