Those custodianships are pretty much rubber stamped by judges long before Covid as discussed on this board previously. They are great trading vehicles - especially for those frontloading them with prior knowledge of the cases even being filed. George Sharp’s recent cases are a good example. Only problem is he has been met with resistance as demonstrated on most recent case with Retech that resulted in a court hearing that was actually put on zoom for many to observe what happens. George’s success in being awarded the cases isn’t going as well (even though he tweets he won the case) as other shell peddlers. Yet when he loses the custodianships he is quick to point out it is a win for shareholders because he made the company file something. George is never a loser - always spins it to him looking like a hero.
Of interest the same lawyers that defended the Retech case have shown up on the EVERLERT case in Washoe County as their lawyers. I think they are onto George and his true motives. Hope it is zoomed as well. It really is a great learning experience understanding the custodianship cases that are contested.
