MARK_MILLER_USED "DEFAULT_JUDGEMENT" TO_HIJACK_NWGC_SHELL - OLD_TRICK :)

Look - there's a lot of clap trap on social media that, "Miller had a judge sign-off on the control of NWGC so it has to be valid and isn't a hijack" blah blah blah.

BUT - that is not the reality of what took place.

Miller merely front-loaded enough of a dead shell to gain enough of a shareholder position to allow him to "hold a shareholder meeting" - he then employs a 2-bit scuzzy attorney.

Miller chooses his SHELL THEFT TARGETS VERY CAREFULLY - as in, he does his homework and insures they are deader than a bent door nail.

Then- for a lousy $400 buck filing fee he heads into court with his go-to 2-bit scuzzy attorney and files a civil action, in which he 100% KNOWS the old, dead, long gone "board members" of said "corp" will NEVER SHOW UP or "lawyer up" as they don't give a rat's behind about the dead shell and are likely not even in the state of the lawsuit, thus mega bucks to even "appear in court" blah blah.

POST COVID - the civil dockets (let alone criminal dockets - where RIGHT TO A SPEEDY TRIAL is in the Constitution) those dockets of ANY JUDGE (and FL is real bad) are backed up 10 miles deep and they need to MOVE AND CLEAR WORTHLESS LOW VALUE CASES ASAP - as their #1 priority and keep moving the important cases ahead !!!

Civil judges do not give a RAT'S BEHIND about some no cash, no asset, no nothing 2-bit corp filing so the judge "goes through the template motions" required by law, which is about 2-months and if NO ONE SHOWS UP he makes the plaintiff who now holds shares, aka MARK MILLER "hold a shareholder meeting" aka ONE PERSON MEETING and then BY DEFAULT awards them the dead corp and the shell just got "legally" hi-jacked.

OLD AS TIME method to steal a dead shell corp NWGC for the P&D -

NO JUDGE "AWARDED" anything to Miller - they merely gave it away on DEFAULT JUDGEMENT as the old NWGC "management" hadn't been seen or heard from since 2017 and were NO SHOWS when summoned = EASY DEFAULT in court.
