I meant that she would represent NWBio locally in Canada, and would be a local point-of-contact.

I dont believe there is any NWBO stuff todo for her that specifically involves Canada and that could not be handled by NWBO HQ. Not now not after TLD. I remain with my opinion I believe she is there to broker a further much-needed investment for NWBO for after TLD or accompany the one already made. NWBO will not go after it alone, no way.
