I did not say NWBio will go at it alone. First things first. Before a buyout of NWBio, they may need to get DCVax-L approved by the RAs. I think that is the first thing NWBio will focus on.
When NWBio is ready to be acquired, I believe they will engage an outside investment banking firm that specializes in M&A transactions.
Bottom line is, we are both speculating and that's ok. Hopefully, we will see soon.
