But, if you are saying that I said Ms. Power will manage the registration of DCVax-L in Canada, then that was not what I said. As you know, Mr. Power is not a scientist, but neither is Linda Powers.

Ms. Power has a financial analysis and accounting background. I meant that she would represent NWBio locally in Canada, and would be a local point-of-contact.

I doubt that Ms. Power will provide primary advice to NWBio related to a potential merger & acquisition (M&A) transaction. NWBio will probably engage an outside firm that specializes in those types of transactions.
