Kiwi...regardless of the odds even 99%...even if we won the litigation...was it worth taking any risk for a one drug Co...I can not believe this could not have been settled at some level...bad advice from lawyers, over confidence, whatever...this is the reality we are in now....besides loss of stock value...the potential of 25-50 billion in sales and a stock price of many multiples of where we we'll be for a while..I just can not reconcile where we could be and where we are because we did not settle....it's mind boggling the difference.
