Montana ...gona have to start disagreeing with U ...re JT led us into this mess.

The Patent office approved the Marine patent ....after several rejections ( from memory ) . They had plenty of time to weigh Mori and everything else.

All the legal experts in the field that I read gave AMRN an 85% chance of winning this case. Covington , who represented AMRN are supposed to have some of the best attorneys for this in the US ... Chris Sipes for instance .
The key pt about the decision appears to be procedural error ...note explanation on Jefferies call .

So how exactly did JT drag us into this mess .?
