This is gonna be one hell of an RS

Nothing short of a miracle will get this anywhere close to what's required and have it hold. The second this even gets close to .4 expect mass dumping.

The Excel 8k is a bit concerning considering nearly all of the 5 million used for the purchase is now debt, including notes as part of it.

The debt here is very high and that is going to be another big negative when it comes to institutional investment.
