What is going to get us to .4-.5 and hold it before uplist? There are zero institutions that will invest in a penny stock trading at 9 pennys. Obviously another acquisition won't move it. Q4 wont move it since we already know the numbers. Q1 is MONTHS away. So please tell me what will organically move this 400% in 3 months?
