WhenI read the article the first thing that jumped out at me was that it was a paycheck.

I am pretty sure, but not positive, that in New York funds are available immediately when a paycheck is deposited.

There were many years that we lived paycheck to paycheck and I don’t ever remember funds not being available immediately
