VFIN is chomping at the bit today

as the pps weakens he lowers his offer. Just his presence is damaging investor confidence. He is pushing the pps down and getting no buyers. WTF is his agenda here. If he wants to sell shares he should park at a dime and wait for this market to reverse course and rise to him. He's causing investors to bail at .04 VFIN is a POS imo
