Just as easy as the SEC could surprise with an enforcement action at any time.
But why take the chance when there are so many other MJ plays out there that are current in their SEC filings?
Why do you think SIGO's market cap (MC) is currently less than $2.5M? Is it because they are a small, unknown company even though they have been tooting their horn with numerous 8-K's for more than a year now? I don't think so. The market is not stupid and neither are the buyers and sellers who are the ones who determine a company's MC.
I challenge anyone on this board to find a company in this sector who is growing and selling MJ products and has a MC less than $2.5M. I found one on iHub's Cannabis Stocks board that had a MC around the same as SIGO's and they weren't even growing weed yet.
