No, if they could file they would, we can speculate as to why the old firm couldn't do it until cows come home. It's most certainly a bad sign that there's still a red stop sign on this publicly traded company for new investors to see.
If the compliance measures and our paper trail are that hard to assemble I expect even more shanagling and stringing us along.
