If "its basically legal," then my suggestion is that you stay out of the market until it is changed more to your liking. Obviously, you cannot cope with it as it is presently constituted.
If i read you right, you feel it is so rigged that the odds for the "little guy" are almost zero. So, why would you play a rigged game? I'm sure you would not enter a poker game, or craps game that you knew was rigged against you before hand.
One other question, if the game is so rigged, how is it that 10s of thousands of other companies, and their investors, seem to survive and thrive? This seems to be a "problem' that only effects companies with no income, corrupt/incompetent management, rampant dilution, toxic financing and a secretive demeanor. Huh? Imagine that. Hard to figure.
