You said:
"If "its basically legal," then my suggestion is that you stay out of the market until it is changed more to your liking. Obviously, you cannot cope with it as it is presently constituted.
If i read you right, you feel it is so rigged that the odds for the "little guy" are almost zero. So, why would you play a rigged game? I'm sure you would not enter a poker game, or craps game that you knew was rigged against you before hand."

I'm almost completely out of the penny markets for that very reason, but that won't stop me from exposing the evils within the markets the same way many of you show the evils within the companies themselves.

"One other question, if the game is so rigged, how is it that 10s of thousands of other companies, and their investors, seem to survive and thrive? This seems to be a "problem' that only effects companies with no income, corrupt/incompetent management, rampant dilution, toxic financing and a secretive demeanor. Huh? Imagine that. Hard to figure."

Yes I agree these scams use NSS as a cover, but I also believe they could also possibly be the best stocks to Naked Short and are for that very reason.
Let's say your a Broker Dealer and company xyz starts trading selling oceanfront property in New Mexico. You for some reason smell a scam. You've seen them a thousand times before so you Naked Short the stock. It's a perfect target with little risk unless half of America drops under the ocean and what are the odds for that?
I don't know if CMKX was massively shorted or not and I don't think it really matters at this point unless something of value turns up as for the company to claim damages for and it would have to be something of great value to make 703 billion shares worth something.

Now as far as large cap stocks go I believe Large Caps stocks are already established and can take a lot of abuse from the markets.
World Com I believe was doomed by it's own doings.
Enron went down as well partly because of it's management, but with 40 billion in assets still remaining in a supposed bankrupt company and that was at bankruptcy prices. I'm not sure something else might not have been going on there as well.

I've stated before that I don't defend the actions of companies like CMKX and the people that run them. I also do not defend these posters that pump such companies.
