No, the system is set up that way and it's basically legal and the investor gets ripped off.
Don't make yourself look stupid with the conspiracy BS just to try and mask the unethical shorting that goes on within the markets.

there is no "objective truth"--only patterns of probability. "Matter" is seen as an illusion of the senses.
