A long history of ancient debunked claims...

Numbers don't lie

The only history that matters is the company's growth

mCig is transparent about their construction projects

There are no dead construction projects

Part 2 There are no dead construction projects

mCig Bidding on Paris Group - Not yet announced

Grow Contractors replaced Scalable Solutions

Ron Sassano still works for mCig - Pictured with Rob Kressa of Grow Contractors

Ron Sassano and Rob Kressa are well qualified in construction contracting and have extensive experience in the MJ sector

Meet the Grow Contractors Team – a wealth of MJ and construction experience

mCig incorporated Grow Contractors, Inc on Dec 5, 2016 and now owns it along with Agri Contractors

Rob Kressa owned Grow Contractors Group not Grow Contractors, Inc

Construction revenue is collected each month in advance for labor, materials and profit for the following month. Revenue does not depend on project completion. mCig contracts to build the facility. It's the customers responsibility to fill it with plants...

Grow Contractors is killing the competition

mCig, Inc. and Players Network, Inc. Announces Completion of Phase 1 Construction for Green Leaf Farms Cultivation and Production Facility in North Las Vegas

Green Leaf Farms now in production as of May 26, 2017

Green Leaf Farms was completed in just over 1 year. Delays were due to funding and government regs.

Sin City phase 1 now complete and ready to grow

mCig never claimed that pursuing a Nevada MME certificate was one of their goals or part of their business plan. This is a classic straw man argument. They don't need one for Rollies. If and when the timing and business conditions are right they can always buy or partner with a cultivation facility.

Exchanging Services For Greenleaf, VitaStik Debacle and Rollies-MME Certificate requirement debunked

Rollies missed launch because rolling machine wasn't ready

Old claims debunked

mCig's management team is completely different than it was a year ago

More on the Phony VitaStik Debacle

VitaStik had no monetary impact on mCig

Almost all e-cig juices contain some PG - the FDA has rated PG as GRAS, or Generally Recognized As Safe

mCig still owns part of the VitaCBD Brand and supplies STNY with wholesale CBD for VitaCBD

JCP Lawsuit was settled

Vapolution is still owned and operated by mCig

Vapolution now part of mCig's Inhalation Technology Division

Paul didn't profit from urls

mCig owns the weedistry and 420jobsearch websites with several ways to monetize them

mCig's executive compensation is fair and reasonable

mCig is very profitable even after salaries are paid

Insiders aren't enriching themselves

Executive Compensation is transparent

Phony criticism. No company discloses all the customers in their revenue estimates

Debunking phony "facts" about Omni - Omni is profitable and not diluting

Andrey didn't profit from preferred conversions

Debunked claims that VitaCig shareholders got hosed - Restructured OS share count should yield a $.06/share pps

No "scummy accounting" in VitaCig-Omni purchase

Stony Hill Directly owns 59,524 shares of High Times Holdings, the company that owns High Times Magazine

Stony Hill has a Strategic Partnership with both mCig and the company that owns High Times

Everyone who received VTCQ dividend shares from mCig made a profit

I could go on but the rest is ancient history prior to the last business restructuring in 2015 - All of it debunked at the time.

Repeating debunked claims 100 times doesn't make them any less false.

Debunked, debunked, debunked 100 times.
