TC is thinking like an analyst. That is where I have to disagree with you. He does not think that IDCC can reach any agreement with any major manufacturer in the near future and he based that fact that IDCC could not come to a negotiating settlement with Samsung. He sees a year long court battle and thinks nobody will license until Samsung/IDCC is resolved. That could be the situation. I think what he fails to see how the arbitration decision will effect the negotiations of the other manufacturers. I think the arbitration decision will give IDCC greater respect in their eyes.
