It seems that you keep coming back to:

...Woodford met with NWBO management and found “nothing untoward” regarding the screening hold.

I do NOT equate this with Woodford admitting that he received inside information.

It is not like Woodford indicated that he had full disclosure and reviewed all evidence and came to a conclusion that based on all kinds of info that he determined nothing is amiss.

He just indicated he had a meeting. Perhaps some words were exchanged. Perhaps Les said everything seems to be moving along nicely with the Phase III trial. The verbiage you keep returning to does not necessarily mean that Woodford obtained any insider information.
