Kennedy's statement makes no sense given the events. MAYBE if AMRN agreed to the 1st "settlement" extension of Oct 30, which outlasted the FDA appeal date, then okay. But now why the wait? They have the PI, no "settlement talks" will change that if all they want is a final ruling.

And to "settle" or "agree" it takes two parties. The FDA may be all about "settle" and "agree", but if AMRN just wants it to go final, then tell FDA to pound sand. So if all Kennedy wants is final ruling then why the time waste? I don't get that.
