Ø With all the damage caused to our share price by the NY Post and Motley Fool articles, as well as the numerous lawsuits filed, why has GTE failed to file any countersuits to eliminate all doubt for current and future Investors as to the validity of the charges?

Answer.
Counter who?? the shareholders? As for MF and the Post, unless GTE can prove a link from the bank to the Byron and Seth forget it.
