STRATELLITE

Ø Why can't there be photos/video of SWII published?

Ø If the Strat Test is successful, will there be any additional testing needed before the Strat III Commercial version manufacturing begins? And, if everything goes as planned, when are we looking at having the commercial version in the air?

RUSSIA DEAL, LAWSUITS, ARTICLE REBUTTAL, SHARE VALUE

Ø With all the damage caused to our share price by the NY Post and Motley Fool articles, as well as the numerous lawsuits filed, why has GTE failed to file any countersuits to eliminate all doubt for current and future Investors as to the validity of the charges?

Ø How is GTE dealing with the slanderous articles written by Seth Jayson/Motley Fool & Byron of NYP?

Ø Is GTE working with the SEC to investigate the relationship between the journalists, Bank of NY selling error, short sellers, law suit attorney groups and companies that have something to gain/lose as it relates to GTE’s success/failure (Rupert Murdoch, Cell Phone companies, cable TV companies, long distance phone service providers, etc.)?

Ø What is the status of the AMEX specialist handling GTE? Is he/she being replaced, investigated, etc.?

Ø Is anything being done to look into potential stock price manipulation between various short attack groups (regular shorts & naked shorts)?

Ø Why is the AS needed? Why not focus on shareholder value (increase SP) and then FS

Ø I would like to get a clear and definitive explanation for the failed Russian deal and any rebuttal Tim Huff might have to the comments made from the Russian side - I feel that the premature release of this pending deal did serious harm. So I am trying to figure out if GTE screwed up or if the Russian's pulled a fast one - and was management that naive?

Ø Tim Huff said that the cost to negotiate and follow through with an outside law firm to aid GTE to close the Russian deal was not a lot of money. How much exactly did it cost GTE directly, besides a huge market devaluation?

Ø Why didn’t GTE insist and or get, which is a normal practice in any negotiated deal (like buying a house), that the Russians put up a nonrefundable good faith deposit of 5%-10% of the first promised down stroke of 150 mm to seal the deal against a default; to insure and protect shareholder value; legitimize both parties; and avoid slanderous press?


SALES AND MARKETING

Ø Currently how many employees are there for Globetel and how many do you predict by December. 2006?

Ø Why don't you secure the URL -> globetel.com as it seems available and would increase exposure.

Ø How much is budgeted for Marketing/Advertising and sales for 2006/2007?

Ø Can management provide a clear sense of the present scope and magnitude of GTE global Sales and Marketing organization?

Ø Please specify how GTE manages the multitude of impressive new business initiatives underway in more than 25 countries around the world— including in China and India.

Ø Who is in charge in the absence of a Marketing and Sales Division? How are you sorting yourselves out?

Ø More in general does management attach importance to improving the flow of information to the market

Ø Taking into consideration the above statements, what steps has GTE taken to increase the quantity and quality of its sales force?

EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION

Ø Why were options issued at $0.675, when perceived performance (SP) is low?

Ø If any of the performance targets are not met, what will be the penalty?

Ø Is the executive stock compensation plan being revised to be directly linked to performance and vest over a number of years, instead of the way it is currently written (vests fully in first year and no link to performance other than that the executive would do even better than the already great compensation).


SHAREHOLDER AND MARKET COMMUNICATION

Ø Can they give any indication as to whom they are teamed with on DOD / HLD. If they are on a team for a specific RFP - can we get the solicitation number ( we can pull the RFP off the DOD website and also monitor any awards that are announced at 5 pm everyday.

Ø Will GTE ever have a shareholder information board where shareholders can go to get updated progress reports on the 5 business divisions as news warrants

Ø If GTE secures a government contract(s), will it be able to be announced at least in broad terms?

Ø Would it be too much to expect a company quarterly shareholder letter with country specific updates?

Ø In fact the value of having a quarterly shareholder letter goes well beyond answering a single issue. It would be a very useful tool to communicate, share and reinforce the corporate global company vision.

Ø The vision is there and it is shared today almost in spite of the company. This sharing goes greatly unrecognized, for lack of resources maybe, but also for lack of awareness from management.

Ø The "rabid shareholder" culture of GTE is an incredible social phenomenon, poorly understood and poorly appreciated. It needs to be leveraged.

Ø What specific plans are in place to capitalize on this?


BRAZIL VOIP

Ø Does the Brazilian deal include the implementation of Strats when ready?
Ø Number# of subscribers of VozBrasil to date.

Ø What, when and where is the next StrateVoIP platform program?

Ø The constant mgmt/board churn @ GTE is highly unusual---esp for a Co that supposedly has so much near-term potential. No Pres. (for mos). Whatever happened to S King? COO also still acting as temp CFO as well.

Have we had (unknown) turnover in the Sanswire Strat engineers as well?

NO CHANGE WAS EVER MADE TO THE WEBSITE AFTER SIBYLLE's response above----don't know if Matarrese was on website after hire and removed from website prior to my Feb'06 query----but now Dodson OFF the Sanswire website as well --I checked when Eric's PR came out....making it sure look as if Heininger replaced a departed Dodson (w/ no apparent replacement for the earlier-departed Matarrese).
Could it be that Dodson and Matarrese have actually left? Why would these highly touted engineers have already left Sanswire w/ the Strat so seemingly close to fruition and supposed history-making? (And what is up with the "napkin" references in both PR's)?
I e-mailed Dodson and Matarrese directly @ Sanswire and rec'd no response. Matarrese is a member of AIAA (Amer. Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics). I rec'd his e-mail address from Sharon Grace @ this organization--told him so in my mail and asked whether the contact info was current....so at least my mail to him had some relevant ref's---but as I said, no response).
What do you think? (btw, Eric is not on the Sanswire website yet).
