Ø I would like to get a clear and definitive explanation for the failed Russian deal and any rebuttal Tim Huff might have to the comments made from the Russian side - I feel that the premature release of this pending deal did serious harm. So I am trying to figure out if GTE screwed up or if the Russian's pulled a fast one - and was management that naive?
No Gte did not screw up. They were the victim.
The Russians pulled a slow one. 8 months of foreplay and no nooky for GTE. (I hate when they do that)
Management was not naive.They were fully unaware that that money wasn't coming till the 30th day of the demand.
