O.K., CBGI was "pinched" by the SEC at the same time but a least they have "no visible dirt" on them yet. They have no allegations, no class-action suits, virtually nothing that has yet to surface. If THEY go and appeal to the SEC for "reinstatement", they have a slight chance at proving their case. Keep in mind, there might be alot that's covered up too.
With AEGY, I'm sorry...I don't see this company and it's "motley crue" actually trying to appear in fron of the SEC and attempt to validate the false address, false merger, the false website, the final phony PR stating "6000 new patients"... Seriously, you're in deep at this point, shouldn't you be in a beach house in Belize at this point?
Personally, I don't think they're done rather than "laying low". Its ALL about that awesome website... I think they will leave it in plain view for a few years, let the dust settle, and wait for thr next "boom" in this sector to occurr. A few years from now, some "magical new mj company" will announce a "take-over" of the pharmajanes website and it will be "game over"!!!
