After reading the changes that Jake P Noch has suggested and the large list of Participants recorded with the DTCC does this indicated after many years of this activity from the past they are liable for damages how does one figure out who is the culprit without the help of the SEC and the DTCC. Since Bud the Spud is not a participant you cant find a single solitary issue from the DTCC.

Why isn't Jake P Noch's company Pro Music Rights (SONG) recognized in this? He claims it to be the fifth music rights organization with 7.4% market share but according to this his company isn't even recognized as a legitimate music rights organization. Why is it that in every legitimate major third party publication in regards to the industry his company is never mentioned, recognized or acknowledged as a legitimate company in the space? Good question. Not sure. The good news is there appears to be some interest and volume has been high the past week and PPS moved up a bit.
