Yes. On Original DCVax-L, the first source of necrotic tissue comes from the actual surgical resection tumor debris remaining near and around the removal site amplified by chemoradiation. However, Dr. Gorter is/was using hyperthermia and a naturopathic treatment to attempt the same effect post resection/DCVax-L injection. What protocol(s) the Germans use in the HE program is still somewhat vague for me, and I assume, the public.
