Mr Fifer is everyting except competent, he just uses Petaquilla as a vehicle to steel and the shareholders pay the price. Just look at the productions numbers, the share price and how he basically gave Panama away in the transaction with FQ.

He took all of panamas production money and send it to spain wete we basically have nothing, this created a liquidity squeeze in Panama and FQ took us with our pants down with no production and no liquidity. Thats why this was not a negotiation but a allineation of PTQ thanks to Fifer. He doesnt really care because all that money send to spain he stole most of it trough different fronts. The contract that his yes man Kaplan gave him for a whaping 60K a month he kept collecting while all of this was happening and the credit card expenses make you throw up.
