The salary and the G&A on PTQ was in compare with another companies always high.
But this was never a problem for me, as long the company was generate still 30 mio profit per year. In this case i can close my eyes on this...
It was begin to be a problem for me with the 4th quarter 2012/2013, when the company reported a big loss.
I can confirm, that Digitech recommended in this time to Fifer that he should review the salary of the management team and that they should show to the shareholders, that they also feel the pain in this situation.
He recommended to pay less salary with higher bonuses on succes. If they work good, they will get more money, if they work bad, they will get less money. I think nobody will have a problem with this and everybody supports this.
But Richard don´t shows any reaction on the recommendation from Digitech.
As i said, we have try everything to change things here and give the management back there credibility on the market, but they don´t want things change here.....
So we have to work this out in another way...... If plan A doesn´t work, you need plan B.
