Once again... in today's market action, according to THIS volume and associated time of day, there have been a total of 3 trades, with approximately 2500 shares appearing to have been sold, (probably to the market maker, or whomever was posting the bid.... but on the chart below, there is a RED indicator, that appears as "sell side" volume between 1030a 1037a to satisfy that time frame "bid"... not feeling the need to post a level 2 for exactness, these 3 sell side transactions paint clarity the "why" in regard to a 16-20% down day... pure manipulation...anyone wondering about volatility on the day an 8k appears ??

Because "someone" is feeding minimal amounts of shares into "the bid", for reasons unknown. The responsibility of OTC Market Makers to the SEC, & FINRA, and "the market", is to provide "liquidity" and a "market" to those willing or compelled to participate in this highly specialized, and implied "ill liquid" market due to a probable "tightly held float"... I've found this board to have done and posted some highly compelling due diligence, unfortunately and on occasion it has also become somewhat of an "echo chamber" based on the belief by some that AI will produce the keystone to what many here are hoping to be "generational wealth" (per a character who calls himself Dino, someone who has also beaten me on a virtual Chess Board)
This very well "may be" an opportunity to pick up more shares on the cheap, but in the end from my perspective is just more games being played, and the pps manipulation of someone with "shares to burn" possibly upwards of 2million of them... we've seen, that in this ill liquid market just a few hundred shares sold into the bid will cause a 25-30% drop in price... personally, and if one truly believes in the premis of a Delfin reverse merger into some form of tglo, a silent "board" becomes preferable to this board currently, and once again in an attempt by a relatively "new" poster to manipulate not only pps, but also the doubts and fears of the few, and also the subject matter in general conversational posts of several of the newer posters...NP said a week ago that "most of" the DD has been done here by a few, so now we wait for "corporate developments", press releases, or other more "official" releases, and less speculation on "how rich you'll get"... that type of speculation becomes more personal in nature as we hopefully see a new ticker, and an 8K that takes our collective breath away and the ensuing share price march to higher pps and good volume

One must 1st consider the time-line a lot of us have been watching and waiting for, then there's always the reality of when Duds n Woot will announce the questionable and or illusive "R/M", AND how long it'll take'em to actually do it after its announced, or how many times they'll "miss the target date", considering FID has been hyped for about 4 years, then ya just gotta wonder when the OTC will put Fred's name on the top of the list... (like Dino says must happen 1st, along with the obligatory reverse split of 1 for 40) then you'll wanna consider all the personalities here who've claimed to have 100's of THOUSANDS or even MILLIONS of shares, and THEN I won't need to remind you of the fact that we've watched as morons will dump a few thousand shares into a lowball bid, then there's that pesky problem with "econ 101" or supply and demand, like how many MILLIONS of shares are gonna go up for sale "if/when" the announcement comes, and who'll want to pay $10 bux for a gas shipper, who won't actually be "shipping/transporting" for 5 or 6 years IF there are ZERO delays... then you'll wanna redefine your own risk/volatility tolerance when things get interestingly "choppy"....
