Because "someone" is feeding minimal amounts of shares into "the bid", for reasons unknown. The responsibility of OTC Market Makers to the SEC, & FINRA, and "the market", is to provide "liquidity" and a "market" to those willing or compelled to participate in this highly specialized, and implied "ill liquid" market due to a probable "tightly held float"... I've found this board to have done and posted some highly compelling due diligence, unfortunately and on occasion it has also become somewhat of an "echo chamber" based on the belief by some that AI will produce the keystone to what many here are hoping to be "generational wealth" (per a character who calls himself Dino, someone who has also beaten me on a virtual Chess Board)
This very well "may be" an opportunity to pick up more shares on the cheap, but in the end from my perspective is just more games being played, and the pps manipulation of someone with "shares to burn" possibly upwards of 2million of them... we've seen, that in this ill liquid market just a few hundred shares sold into the bid will cause a 25-30% drop in price... personally, and if one truly believes in the premis of a Delfin reverse merger into some form of tglo, a silent "board" becomes preferable to this board currently, and once again in an attempt by a relatively "new" poster to manipulate not only pps, but also the doubts and fears of the few, and also the subject matter in general conversational posts of several of the newer posters...NP said a week ago that "most of" the DD has been done here by a few, so now we wait for "corporate developments", press releases, or other more "official" releases, and less speculation on "how rich you'll get"... that type of speculation becomes more personal in nature as we hopefully see a new ticker, and an 8K that takes our collective breath away and the ensuing share price march to higher pps and good volume
