No... it said "according to ship building industry on the 24th" (meaning it was "said" today) that SHI was "set" to sign...
These people have been "set to sign" or ready to sign, as soon as Duds and Woot get outta their comfort zone, and let the ink flow... "we" too have been waiting for that as well, a "Final Investment Decision" that has been dangled over the last 5 years or so... but mere FID, means they've got the financial "commitment" to move forward with FLNG #1... and possibly #2, with zero mention of RM except by the A.I. voices in someone's head... which come from nothing more than a group of servers scouring the internet for anything related to Delfin, FID, and Reverse Merger, which you'll find nowhere else but THIS "echo chamber" and a coupla other message boards. FID, is just a commitment, to make another commitment... the RM announcement is the only thing to "wait for"
