There is nothing illegal about it. Trading on gray stock is what was prohibited which had several moving to also block on CE, for whatever reason.

Many decisions they try to justify as protecting people from themselves, which makes no sense as "Buyer Beware" should be warning enough.

If it's a pink stock, you can trade it there with the otc pink sheets option regardless of CE. I have done it.

That's their policy. Trading CE isn't illegal. There are just rules against trading dark or gray. There are brokers who trade OTC pink with CE.

No. In either this forum or a CE forum, I'd explained that I'd found one that trades on CE with SpeedTrader.

I think there was criticism of their fees and so got buried. Their fees do suck if you don't trade a lot, but if you think that being open to more markets/opportunities can make up for the cost then is worth it.

If CATV ends up pulling out of this and not being a scam, will be worth it for sure.

While I am glad that I have my traditional brokers that don't have fees, I like that I can purchase CE and have more control over my trades. There are some things that feel cludgy with their interface and also some of their sign-up processes but overall I am glad that I went through the trouble of trying them out.

Just, if these guys offer trades on CE then there must be other brokers that do as well.

To me, it seems like there are several that post more at certain times to hype or drop interest.

Also, i don't understand why the occasion talk about Canadians buying for some reason. US can buy the stock, so just seemed like an attempt to keep people waiting for CE while some purchased at its low point and kept others in the dark that there are brokers that will allow it.

Most brokers had to comply with the recent ruling regarding Expert Markets.

Some others will still possibly sell CE and subpenny. Its why I'm curious about T ROWE PRICE on if they still allow CE after the EM change or if they just restricted it along with it to be in line with a lot of common brokers.

So, then will T ROWE PRICE restrict trading CE after tomorrow, or just any in expert markets?

Checked one with SpeedTrader and they said that I could buy there, though I don't have an account with them yet to confirm.
