That was a fair post, however the Bible is the best, most forward-looking, credible and relaible compilation ever chronilcled ..... and accordingly we are able to exist somewhat as a 'civilization' for several more decades at the least, .......although the unrest is rearing its head more and more in recent times.... which means a much bigger portion of our money will be spent on keeping our safety, security and sanity ... so I hope LQMT is mixing in some of those type of new product endeavors ......
That was awesome Watts!. (I knew you had it in you My father fought in WW2 so at least we share some common praise and gratitude for those who protect and fight for our country....
EXACTLY !!!
Compared to what is going on in the present .... the history is of minor importance ... We shall see who should 'listen and learn'. What I know for a fact is that once the technology / materials are validated by the first Whale implementation ... many providers whether they are at the top of the list or 20+ slots down are going to see some really incredible gains in revenues and profits etc..... and I happen to believe that LQMT will be in the top 20... As I have mentioned before.. the first 'provider' to get the Whale Order does not really mean squat in the scheme of things. What is important is validation of the material / technology so that the rest of the world hops aboard ......... and the greater the benefits and competitive edge of the technology / materials .... the quicker the rest of the world will begin hopping aboard.
Pretty funny... when was the last time you pioneered a $100,000 dollar local industry...... let alone a Global industry involving a new material such as this (that will end up being a trillion dollar industry) ... ??? 20 Years is actually lightning quick for that size of a new market...
Good one Almostthere..... I cannot imagine how these others who are constantly attacking LQMT are either knowledgeable or sincere in their attacks on LQMT ........ but anybody that has ever been involved in just a tiny fraction of a pioneering process of what LQMT has undertaken ...... would MOST DEFINITELY UNDERSTAND the time it has taken, the setbacks and the many solid reasons why it takes lots and lots of time .......and much of it also involves the mistakes and lack of focus by the 'early adopters' and so forth.... becasue ultimately a great majority of the costs (before real orders take place) are shifted to those who are doing the pioneering... But again.... once the tide shifts and that first whale order takes place ..... the entire picture will turn upside down and there will be plenty of folks trying to get through those doors to make purchases ....... (but the Whale Orders won't happen either until they are certain of some back-up alternatives for fulfilling orders etc, which is another reason the process gets delayed through no fault of LQMT).. In the scheme of things considering the 20+ years thus far ....... that is actually incredible for what has been accomplished ....... and I feel we are getting fairly close to lift-off ... and i would actually like to see several entities advertising on a regular basis.
Almost... did the URL's get deleted because these links don't show any results...
I think there is a reason there is now 20 salespeople.... all of whom must be convinced of the advantages ....... and I feel confident a huge portion / majority of their compensation, if not all, is based on commission only and so that indicates to me that the pendulum has shifted a lot in order to have that many sales people willing to spend / risk their time and money selling this new material / technology. They are in the trenches so they would not be spending their time this way if they were not certain big things were onthe horizon.... They have to be very satisfied with the status of the infrastructure for making and converting sales..... and the likelihood of big money being made etc...... and there definitely seems to be a consensus building that this new market is getting closer and closer to lift-off. When the tide shifts there will be way too many customers trying to make purchases of all sizes and probably way too few suppliers to fulfil the needs for a long time..
The Market Size has also grown exponetially to about 1,000+ times bigger than where it was 10 or 20 years ago and I doubt anybody buying a penny stock like this with such explosive potential is considering an Inflation factor from 10 years ago... It is an entirely new industry being borne and anybody on the ground floor who takes the time to get educated about this new industry versus watching penny to penny movements should do really well over the next several years...
That is a plausible scenario also.
It seems to me that when the dam breaks and ANY Whale company such as Apple starts hopping aboard and adopting the many advantages of this material in their product lines... it shouldn't take too long for it to become a trillion dollar industry and therefore the tidal wave of buying and those trying to make purchases of such a validated and innovative product will raise all ships of those providing this new technology. It is the type of scenario that can turn very small innovative companies such as LQMT into exponential growth very rapidly with huge profit margins and plenty of leverage for closing huge contracts going forward .... and that will be just the beginning....
Some things are simple to understand..
For example.... You can't build a car unless you already know how to build them.
You won't build a car unelss you are already certain of what people will buy in large quantities ....
You won't build lots of different models of cars or any other generic product unless you already know people demand many different models (after a boatload of trial and error in the marketplace.......... WHICH TAKES DECADES for new product concepts).
You won't ever get traction with a new pioneering effort of a totally new innovation until you have already had tons of trial and error and have allowed your ideal customers to figure out exactly what they want (and what the 'whales' are expecting)...This process takes decades LITERALLY.... and you are not in control until the whales start pulling the trigger on whatever it is THEY decided they wanted as the primary buying propositions ........ (after lots and lots and lots of trial and error and extra effort pinpointing the ingredients that create the demand from the Whales)....
THUS THE DECADES REQUIRED IS TYPICALLY BECAUSE THOSE WHO ARE INTERESTED IN BUYING THE LARGE QUANTITIES DON'T REALLY UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY NEED OR WANT UNTIL THEY HAVE GONE THROUGH LOTS OF TRIAL AND ERROR........ AND VERY EXTENDED LEARNING CURVES ... THROUGH NO FAULT OF THE INNOVATORS.... Thus the innovators are oftentimes jacked around for decades because the whales who would benefit the most have mismanaged the opportunity....
With new Multi- Billion Dollar or Trillion Dollar innovations everything remains in the 'Time-Out' mode until a Whale places the first big order. Then everybody starts trying to go throught he door at the same time and you want to make sure you are already invested BEFORE that happens..... Simple Logic but requires patience and understanding.
Some good, logical posts monroe...
That was a good post Watts... but since you have stuck with Liquidmetal for 15+ years and learned...... to a far greater extent .......all the incredible advantages.. isn't that proof that you believe in LQMT far more than any other new materials that has come along in 3 or 4 decades. What other similar situations involving materials applications are you invested in that can compete with LQMT ?
That was a good, sincere post NerdB.... especially knowing how long you have been here.... I respect posts like that but I also wish people such as yourself could better understand what these long pioneering journeys are all about... (Sort of like being pregnant with a child for 20 or 30 years and you are wanting the baby to be borne but it is just not seeing daylight yet) ....... but anyone that believes in this new market should be able to believe that the market has been borne...... and LQMT may not be at the top of the 'food chain' ...... but they are definitely in the food chain and should get plenty of business by default. .
Do you realize that due to the size of the market.... if LQMT is way down on the totem pole on the list of worldwide players in this new market, whether # 20 or whatever .. the stock will be a few dollars per share in the near future .... It is insane for people to watch what is happening right before your eyes and allow themselves to be intentionally misinformed. Focus on the growing abundance of connected dots ... Forgetting about the day to day, month to month, and year to year stock price (with the wild swings) is the kind of stock you chose to be invested in ....
Actually it seems that many of those pretending to be on board are actually the ones who are full of holes and bilge.
"But not LQMT, IMO, the right to CE has been forfeited when they sold the CE part of their IP".
Nope... prepare for a lesson or two.... or three ...or four ...
Exactly
My hunch is that this is correct >>> It's conceivable that Apple thinks their AR/VR Glasses/Goggles will be a better experience than foldable phones <<<
The upcoming AR/VR Glasses / Goggles are likely to be combining / replacing many devices in the not too distant future...
Always great stuff from JB... No hype, no B.S. ... just facts, details and what it seems he believes is great info for the LQMT investors....
Yep... you have that right..
Perfect JB....
Another MONTH passes. LQMT up 20%... The 'flock' is in full force and the full force of the flock may be due to some negative nellies who are not only gaming the stock price but probably in competitive industries that will be soon becoming extinct...
Up 60% since January..
Not unusual when you invest 73% too soon.
Well Boilingman when you pioneer your first product line or something much, much bigger like what LQMT is doing then you may have better judgement on what takes place .... and if you don't think that competitors who see their livelihood getting ready to vanish or greatly diminish do not engage in sabotage and all sorts of corrupt activity to slow down new innovations in these situations ....... then you are greatly mistaken becasue there is indeed a tremendous amount of sabotage that takes place .... So please don't try to insinuate that you know what you are talking about in that respect unless you have 'been there and done that'.. becasue your post clearly proves that you have never 'been there nor done that'.
Another YEAR passes. LQMT up 20%... The 'flock' is in full force and the full force of the flock may be due to some negative nellies who are not only gaming the stock price but are probably in competitive industries that will be soon becoming extinct...
Another MONTH passes. LQMT up 20%... The 'flock' is in full force and the full force of the flock may be due to some negative nellies who are not only gaming the stock price but probably in competitive industries that will be soon becoming extinct...
Wow... the the flock is out in full force the past few days because LQMT went up a few cents.... So funny...
There was never any 'dots connected' related to the CC. Ever... The progress of the new industry yes... And as it relates to me.... I never made any advance assessments of the scheduled call. You destroy your credibility when you do this.... but I know you and some others don't care about your credibility.
And this seems like a good approach to first get some smaller transactions going that can be monitored closely so if there is changes that need to be made they are not so costly.
I am not saying that necessarily... I am saying that there will be a time when a lot of the whales will be trying to transition to the benefits of the latest / greatest innovations and a majority will have to go through Distributors and a lot of this will also be becasue the Distributors will take the time to coddle and educate .... whereas a Manufacturer typically will not... So depending upon the size and pace of adoption LQMT will be able to carve out various pieces of the pie in many different ways that can easily get the stock into dollarland and beyond. And in the scheme of things LQMT will just need to get a small piece of the pie in order to get to dollarland and beyond....
It won't be short lived because the size of the market will be growing exponentially much faster than new suppliers will have for being able to learn and keep up with what the pioneers already know.... And for a very long time the 'pioneers' will stay far ahead of the pack in terms of leverage and knowing the market far more than the 'late adopters'.... The leverage and know-how in general versus those who are (comparatively) uneducated can be priceless for negotiating contracts.. no matter how big a company is in relation to LQMT. Imagine you trying to negotiate a contract against LQMT .. You and 95% of the population would not have a very good chance no matter how good you or your attorney's are.... so most would be outmatched against LQMT attorneys, 'know how', 'tricks of the trade', leverage etc... And again it won't just be a blip on the radar screen as you described becasue this new indutry is going to revolutionize a lot of products and create lots of innovative advances for many decades to come.
Again, these stages are still mostly 'Proof of Concept' and the 'Early Adopter' handholding type stages / steps, verification of specs etc in preparation for the bigger and bigger orders as the validation continues to accelerate.... The terms of any current contracts will be far different than the contracts once the adoption starts to drastically accelerate. From where LQMT is at now Suppliers in general will gain a tremendous amount of added / growing leverage in contracts etc once the Whales are jumping all over each other to place orders.
The provisions for Audits etc are established within the Agreements of course depending upon factors that neither you nor I nor anyone else knows... but what you are doing is creating all sorts of scenario's where you don't want the negative to be proven wrong even though you have no clue that the negatives even exist or whether there is any spec of those conditions to be present contractually in the first place .... becasue of other factors that you have conveniently omitted... Again, the Whales are going to do whatever they want to do in the 'Proof of Concept' and 'Early Adoption' phases and they are in total control during those periods but there will quickly be a time when all the 'whales' are trying to get through the door at the same time to make purchases ... WHICH CAN ACCELERATE VERY RAPIDLY, and then they will NOT be in the 'Drivers seat' as they were before and the leverage will shift for several years to the suppliers or even many years depending upon lots of factor since the customer base will be in rapid expansion mode ... and therefore many of the Suppliers will be in the 'drivers seat' for the 'then current' time periods and will be able to negotiate long term supplier agreements etc at that point for years to come ... So it is easy to make up whatever hypotheticals you want so the 'agenda' you want to project can continue ....... but the truth and facts are actually what counts... The steps being taken right now are to get Whale Adoption and the whales are definitely in control for the time being and the rest is just natural progressions that will follow. It is just simply how new technologies, advances and markets have always evolved and it is much different than watching a Barber Shop grow its business like what is hilariously projected here oftentimes by things like the 'Another Week Passes' sagas etc.
Sure there are lots of ways to do that and parties can very easily and contractually require Court Administered Forensic Audits (up to so many times per year etc) and all kind of other tools that allow for verification of any activity that takes place.... and these type of provisins can easily be enforced by Injunctive Relief provisions etc if not followed as agreed.
What could you possibly be talking about that there is no possible way to do the accounting ??? Do you think somebody in LQMT's capactiy or Apple or anybody else is going to enter into Agreements without first outlining how and when payments are going to be made ???... or do you feel they wrote up an agreement that says they just agree to become really good friends in the future ???
I think it is noteworthy that.... at least for the time being..... the stock price is right where it was at on March 2nd.... so what is the big deal ???
Yes.. agreed (to a limited extent) becasue there is a point in time when coincidences stop being coincidences and they start being facts..... and we are closing in on that, if not already there...
