I will bet that Nick gave up some more shares to make it all stop and we are seeing the last of the shares being sold in the market. I will also bet that the OS will be larger than currently shown on otcmarkets.com.

This is rarity for a 1 cent stock. This is an actual investment in my opinion. Klug will end up taking this to the Naz. I say get your shares (or free shares) and give it a year. SNDD will be the biggest winner in your portfolio probably.

It isn't too hard to understand when you realize the main revenue is from the sale of electricity, and almost every major state guarantees repurchase of excess electricity that goes back to the grid. The same goes for carbon credits. The hydrochloric acid has a guaranteed partner too- look at yesterday's PR. This story is easy to understand and I am shocked that traders are not pouring in here yet. I suspect that once the Etrade seller disappears and the OS is revealed this will head to the next level on its way to .03 (which it is worth RIGHT NOW).

I was part of a group that attempted to raise equity for a wte plant in a Dallas, Tx landfill. The mayor of Dallas nixed the project, but I learned a little bit in the process. I do know that financing would have never been procured without the guaranteed purchase of the output...and that is a point that can't be stressed enough on this board.

Remember this- the current market cap is still under 1 million USD. The company is about to put a 20 million WTE facility online that has guaranteed buyers for its output.

If you want to know where this is really going, divide a market cap of 30 million by the number of outstanding shares.

I said looks and feels like dilution. Somebody or somebodies bought a huge amount of shares in the trips and is content to keep dumping them here. Etrade just flashed a 6 million block. I will bet I have more shares than anybody in this Ihub board, so I want this to appreciate. However, I am giving my opinion that we need to be patient.

me too...I don't really know who this Nick Campanella guy...but he knows how to get government contracts. This is huge for companies that want stable revenue. I can't stress enough how important this is in my opinion.
