Redhawk no longer exists
IMO THE JUDGE WILL DECIDE THE CASE!!! REDHAWK!!!
Thanks for sharing!!!
If Klug ever gets any money from anybody, what in the world makes you think this lying fraudster will give SNDD shareholders any benefit of it??? The same shareholders Klug purposely screwed by not filing and allowing the SEC to revoke the stock making it untradeable and worthless. All done to protect himself and NOT you or any other shareholders...
Geeeezz...

RICO explained: Suppose your client has been
harmed to the tune of $30 million; you bring a
civilRICO claim seeking $90 million in treble
damages against several defendants; and you
settle with two defendants for a total of $40
million early in the proceedings.
Any award is multiplied 3X the original amount
plus it often gets the defendants to the table to
work out a deal to soften the 3X max payout.

Yes, I am reading those old filings and the very senior Mr. Klugg seems to have omitted all those lawsuits.
I wonder what he owes that really beautiful lady Carly Moss listed in the her suit ? She is from Sulphur and a regulatory engineer
74, 75, or 76 is damn old and dangerous in marathons
Redhawk = We’ve been had
Agreed. Better DD than all the cheerleaders combined.
GREAT DD KNIFE KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK MAN YOUR THE BEST
Klug has been keeping many secrets from SNDD investors... There are 9 lawsuits in Louisiana against RedHawk and Klug.
Klug and RedHawk have been in trouble for many years even before he stopped filing. Klug was promising collateral to some. then selling off that same "collateral" to others and diverting the money somewhere without paying those he put the colateral up for.
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1-eIyCrD8K2Qn7kXbVRGvQu0_m4OmfEL-/view
Judgment in that case for 100,000.00 plus attorney's fees, interest, and 2,500,000 shares that they likely never got a chance to sell because Klug allowed the SEC to revoke the stock.
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1-el-BNoN_WE1Sf_RtcEcKBcIQqnOrb4N/view
The latest was filed in May with 13 plaintiffs and totals near 300,000.00 bucks... More collateral sold off. Klug has likely sold off everything as I have said before. Nothing left. There will be no filings and no Form 10... Ever.

Judgment against RedHawk for $645,222.26, plus default interest at the rate of 24%
https://drive.google.com/file/d/100M_2nbp9gUtCOF44HhRiHamw4Q_P58N/view
Check this out... These guys sold 1,117,000.00 bucks of SNDD stock for Klug to private investors and Klug failed to pay them their 2% commission. Then failed to pay interest on a note and sold off pledged collateral to someone else with zero benefit to them.

I don't remember seeing anything in the financials about a lawsuit filed against Redhawk for patent infringement with the needle incinerator thing. Redhawk won a favorable Judgment, but Klug didn't disclose this suit to investors. Thats more Fraud....

Another 50,000.00 bucks worth and Klug's same MO...

Writ for garnishment to seize all property sufficient to satisfy Judgment...

Lets not forget about this!!
Another breach of contract lawsuit. Klug/RedHawk the defendant. Klug failed to notify investors of this lawsuit as well. Its was a purchase and sale of future receivables agreement. I also don't recall seeing that deal in any filings as well. Pretty good deal for the financier... and really bad for SNDD investors.
Your marathon runner is a 74 obese man in terrible shape and very likely at that advanced age might have a heart condition (or two)
GREAT JOB KNIFE!!! KEEP UP THE GREAT DD
Redhawk jumped off a cliff and is lying down there dead....
..
.
Long term shares holders will get a chuckle out of this:
It's not a sprint, it's a marathon
It's been a long long long time......

I did and I shared with the board the 2 (3) options
Option 1 is to write it off now and have shares removed from your account. Small penny investors are most likely to have to pay a fee for this.
Option 2 is to wait until you can better use the write off against gains, but again it appears most folks that invested in Redhawk appear to be serial stock losers and already have ample losses.
Option 3 is to bury your head in the sand and refuse to accept the reality of this situation and hope somehow this will get better (it won’t). Sooner than later your broker is going to start charging you a monthly fee to keep this revoked crap on their books.
Pick an option but all 3 share the same core fundamental- REDHAWK is dead, revoked, un-tradeable, and worthless
And that’s about it.
Reading back through posts it was shown to me posters that posted such ignorance stating that Klug was “working with” the SEC and the “SEC knew” what Redhawk was doing. So much so that SNDD was revoked.
That is what I call communication and cooperation
Redhawk, you’ve been had
Ask your broker if he would be attempting to run this company by himself at 73 or 74 years of age ? Looks like Mr Klugg still has a mortgage on his home
You have shares in a defunct revoked now private company that may or may not exist.
You have a loss you can claim whenever it’s best for you to use it and apply it against gains.
The publicly traded company known as Redhawk is dead, gone, REVOKED
The CEO that put everyone here is old and there does not appear to be any competent leadership in his absence.
We have all been gamed, accept it or do as I did and engage legal counsel and let them spend days and research this for you and come to the same conclusion that have I.
IMO MY BROKER SAID DO AS I WISH!! WHEN READY HE WILL WIPE IT OFF THE BOOKS TILL TIME KEEP IT ON THE BOOKS!!
IMO ITS A GOOD THING WE HAVE KNIFE AROUND TO KEEP US STRAIGHT!!! THANK YOU KNIFE!!!! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK
IMO WHEN I GET READY TO WRITE THIS STOCK OFF ITS MY BUSINESS NOT NOBODY ELSE SO SINCE I WILL DECIDE ON WHEN TO WRITE OFF I KEEP TILL I NEED TO WRITE OFF AND JUST A CHANCE MR KLUG TURNS AROUND. LIKE SAID MY BUSINESS NOT ANYBODY ELSE! SONY
OH HECK YA KNIFE IS DANG GENIUS DANG YA KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK ON THIS DEAD STOCK!!!
KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK KNIFE!!! WOW GREAT INFORMATION!!! WOW
IMO A DEAD STOCK GETS SO MUCH ATTENTION!!! WOW THIS IS GREAT IMO!!!!
Yes, in my opinion after looking at the documentation available in the public record, he has apparent done exactly that, to me anyway.
Prosecuting him would be akin to prosecuting “old uncle Joe” so good luck with that.
I do not believe Mr. Klugg has enough assets to repay or sustain damage awards from his investors. He’s too old and my sister feels scammed, and she is out for blood. Everyday or every other day, it seems we learn something new, and it’s not good.
Weil... You're aiding, abetting, and defending a fraudster. Klug incriminated himself several times if ya match up filings and court doc's...
....
.
Your obsession with Form 10 is mind boggling;;; especially when you have 0 share of the company
Right, I forgot. Someone is welcome to spend all of their waking hours on a stock they own no shares in. Thanks for making that make sense.
I remember you said you were onlyhere to help us expose the scam. You don't know how much we appreciate that.
You have brought so much clarity to our lives
And we thank you.
One doesn't need to own shares in a scam to be interested in the fraud that it commits.
..
.
And still no answer, why your so interested when you own no shares.
Still no Form 10....

There is nothing substantial to get in a lawsuit if shareholders went after Mr Klugg personally. This is just a bad deal. I think this business was too much for Mr Klugg personally and it got away from him. I met him, he doesn’t seem like a person that wants to steal other’s money. This just went bad. I question his decisions and the way I have read he explained things already knowing I am looking at 20/20 hindsight. I am not him, don’t see myself making those decisions but again, I have the pleasure of hindsight.
It does leave a horrible feeling of getting taken advantage of.
Still sucks to lose the money, even though it wasn’t mine to lose.
I don’t even know if they are still in their building today, nor do I care. At his age, he needs to take it easy.
Just my 2 cents FWIW
What do you care, you don't own amt shares of SNDD!
Yeah, right .....🤥
