I left Interstate 5 and was having trouble getting back on due to construction.

I stopped at a tavern for directions, then used their bathroom and phone. I thought buying a beer was appropriate so I sidled up to a few regulars at the bar and ordered a beer.

All I can say is that my religiosity consists in a humble admiration of the infinitely superior spirit that reveals itself in the little that we, with our weak and transitory understanding, can comprehend of reality.

In a large pan...melt a little butter. Pour a dollop of this butter into a blender or large bowl with three eggs and a teaspoon of water. Blend or wisk this thoroughly and pour into the heated pan. The non-sticks or cast iron are best.

Sprinkle whatever ingredients you want onto the egg mixture.

When fairly stiff on the bottom, fold the omelet over onto itself. Sprinkle a teaspoon of water into the pan, cover tightly and turn off the heat.

By the time your toast is ready, orange juice poured etc., your omelet will be done.
