On the subject of the perfect.....................omelet
In a large pan...melt a little butter. Pour a dollop of this butter into a blender or large bowl with three eggs and a teaspoon of water. Blend or wisk this thoroughly and pour into the heated pan. The non-sticks or cast iron are best.
Sprinkle whatever ingredients you want onto the egg mixture.
When fairly stiff on the bottom, fold the omelet over onto itself. Sprinkle a teaspoon of water into the pan, cover tightly and turn off the heat.
By the time your toast is ready, orange juice poured etc., your omelet will be done.
