There is not a single complaint about OWCP anywhere in the world. No one believed lies about OWCP being investigated by SEC because of Friedland and now new lies are thrown for fools to fall for. Cheap games, nothing else :)

What a nonsense statement! Going public initially or later are two different ways to fund a business. Neither one makes a company real or not real...

And buying a shell company is the smartest thing a startup that wants to go public can do. Do you have any clue how expensive going for an initial IPO can be? Buying a shell and changing the ticker is the easiest and cheapest way to go public in the OTC.

What this basically means: once the company liquidates everything and pays the creditors and maybe preferred shareholders, there won’t be anything left for common shareholders :(

Yes, the previous management (mainly Ziv) overpromised and frustrated the shareholders and Friedland did his illegal thing, but the new management now sets a lot more reasonable and realistic targets.
